Your parts, on the right cars.

AutoRev is the AI mechanic that knows an owner’s exact car. When AL recommends your part, he shows who confirmed the fit and links to the page it came from.

What you can hold us to

  1. “Fits” only when you say so

A part reads “Fits your car” only when its maker or a CARB EO names the car. A store listing reads “Likely fits”, and owner installs are counted, never called a fit.

  2. No brand pays for a fit

We don’t sell parts or earn commissions on them today, so no brand can pay for a fit or a place in a list. Yours earns its place with your data.

  3. Never used to train AI

We use your data to show owners your own information, credited to you, and to answer their questions. We never use it to train or fine-tune AI models. Terms, section 5.6

  4. A direct line

Write to [email protected] and Mike A, a co-founder, replies himself. Send a correction and we fix the fact, with your source on it.

What AutoRev does for your customers

  1. Parts for their exact car

Owners add their exact car, by trim or VIN. Every part, spec and answer is for that car, and says so when a listing covers only the generation.

  2. Your name on the fit

Under the verdict, each part says who listed it for the car, your brand or a store, with the page an owner can open.

  3. Installed right

The job’s video, how hard and how long, and step-by-step guides as we add them, or a shop nearby.

How we handle your data

Fitment, labeled by who says it fits

What an owner sees on a part in Build today, and the source it lists.

  1. Fits your carListed by youYou, the part’s maker: your fitment list or install guide names the car
  2. Fits your carCARB EO (its number) names your carA CARB executive order lists the part for the car
  3. Likely fits your carListed by the storeOnly a store lists it for the car
  4. 2 owners installed itNot confirmed by the maker or a storeOnly owners report installing it
  5. Not verifiedThe reason, when knownNobody names the car, or sources disagree

With your data: Your part reads “Fits your car” on every car your list names, with your name and your page under the verdict. Your EO number is named when you have one.

Who listed it always shows under the verdict. Owner installs add a count at every rung, and never move a part up one.

  • AL answering whether a wheel size fits a Type R, with a card that says Likely fits, one source
AL’s fitment card: the verdict, the one documented setup behind it, and the three sources he checked
Facts, not copies
We store the fact (a part number, a fitment, a torque spec) with a short quote and a link. We don’t re-host your PDFs or images.
Legality as published
We show the CARB executive order number for the part and the car. Never “CARB approved”.
Corrections
Tell us when something’s wrong and we fix it. Owners can flag an answer too, and a person on the team reviews it.

What we’d like from you

  • Fitment (ACES) and product data (PIES) for your parts, directly or through SEMA Data
  • Install instructions and videos, and the torque specs in them
  • CARB executive order numbers for your emissions parts
  • Corrections, whenever you spot one
